Blisot (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers shipping across the United States. This Shipping Policy explains order processing, shipping timelines, tracking, delivery issues, and other shipping-related terms.

1) Order Processing Time

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Some items ship from different locations (our warehouse and/or partner suppliers). If your order contains multiple items, you may receive multiple shipments.

2) Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States (including U.S. territories where supported by the carrier)

If you need shipping outside the U.S., contact us at info@blisot.com before ordering.

3) Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary based on product type, carrier, destination, and whether an item ships from our warehouse or from a supplier partner.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Warehouse items: typically 2–7 business days

  • Supplier / Dropship items: typically 5–15 business days

  • Large / oversized items (if applicable): typically 7–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, and supplier delays can affect delivery.

4) Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination address

  • package weight/dimensions

  • shipping method selected

Free shipping (optional): We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any free shipping thresholds or promotions will be shown at checkout.

5) Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available).
If you do not receive tracking within the expected processing window, contact us at info@blisot.com with your order number.

6) Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We can reship the order once we confirm the correct address, but additional shipping charges may apply, or

  • We may issue a refund minus shipping costs (and any restocking/handling costs if applicable).

7) Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors/building management.

  2. Contact the carrier to request a GPS delivery confirmation (if available).

  3. Email us at info@blisot.com within 3 days of the “Delivered” scan.

Blisot is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim when possible. If you purchase shipping protection (if offered at checkout), claims will be handled according to the protection provider’s terms.

8) Damaged Items (Report Quickly)

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery at info@blisot.com and include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damaged item(s)

  • photos of the packaging and shipping label

We may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the item and availability.

9) Partial Shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship separately. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

10) Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@blisot.com with photos of the item and packing slip (if included). We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

11) Special Notes for Oversized/Freight Shipments (If Applicable)

Some products may ship via freight or require appointment delivery. If your order requires freight:

  • You may be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment.

  • Please inspect the shipment on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
